Secure Telegram bot linking plus stored ticker lookup, approved internal report delivery, and approved internal alert delivery for invited users only. Responses use stored approved platform content only, with no live providers, no signal generation, and no trading behavior.

Linked Telegram users can request safe stored market summaries, approved internal reports, and approved internal alerts directly in chat.
Lists approved internal alerts available to the linked and authorized user only.
Returns one approved internal alert preview only when lifecycle, compliance, and permissions all pass.
Shows safe delivery availability and previous approved alert delivery state for the linked user.
Lists approved internal reports already cleared by Review Gate and compliance checks for the ticker.
Returns the latest deliverable approved report preview with status, source refs, and disclaimer.
Returns one stored approved report preview only when lifecycle, compliance, and permissions all pass.
Compact stored snapshot with latest stored price, technical context, risk, and source references.
Longer stored summary with monitoring, sentiment, macro, freshness, and missing-input notes.
Searches stored tickers, companies, and aliases before you request a stored summary.
Sending an unambiguous symbol like AAPL still resolves to the same stored snapshot as /ticker AAPL; reports require explicit commands.

Approved internal alerts only. Commands are explicit request flows only; no proactive alert push, no trading execution, and no signal generation.
Lists approved internal alerts available to the linked and authorized user.
Returns one concise approved alert preview with disclaimer, source refs, Review Gate, and compliance status.
Shows safe delivery availability and previously delivered approved alert counts for the linked user.

Alert Preference Commands
Approved alerts only. Manage Telegram alert delivery preferences directly in chat. Not financial advice. No trading execution.
Shows a summary of current Telegram alert delivery preferences.
Enables Telegram alert delivery.
Disables Telegram alert delivery (delivery paused).
Pauses Telegram alert delivery for a safe default duration.
Resumes Telegram alert delivery.
Shows enabled and disabled alert category preferences.
Safety
Approved Alerts Only
Telegram can deliver approved internal alerts only after compliance guard, Review Gate approval, traceability checks, and role-aware server-side access checks. Drafts, blocked alerts, and rejected alerts stay unavailable.

No Trading Execution
Phase 6D does not execute trading or brokerage actions, does not generate signals, and does not push non-approved alerts proactively.
